got the answer.... so what I did is added 1000 ml of milk in a mixer and 500 ml of ice cream bucket....apparently icecream bucket containing ice cream has air packed in it...when you keep the ice cream aside till the cooling subsides you can observe this....so 500 ml of ice cream doesn't mean actual 500 ml condensed liquid phased substance but air + cream vapors plus real cream.... missiles love.
