Started at 7.30 pm.....took ride with a friend his place is 14 km away while mine is 30 KM ..,.l Took two breaks and finally reached home 10 min back.....l OMG this is freaking tiresome.....it’s like trekking...because the path is hilly too...l If I ride like this for a month.....I don’t think one would need vrk diet or some bull sxhit to reduce the weight....
