not at all risky in my opinion. not sure which tech you in right now? but blockchain ante its not all new and 100% revolutionary. current existing tech ye use chestunnaru mostly like c++,scala, go lang..etc + no sql..etc. but over all architecture and echo system is new. not underlying tech. so as long as you work on underlying tech, even blocjchain projects disappear, you easily get in/migrate in to new job/domain . think it as different domain and architecture. thats it. | ||

my perspective is, platform and protocol projects ki long run untundi some may succeed(most of them in current space may disappear and new platforms/protocals with better tech will come). but as far as full time is concern... i would look in to two aspects, 1 ) learning curve in new tech == blockchain industry esp platform projects lo chance vaste definitely worth to give a shot 2) salary/benifits == this you should not compromise at all(our end goal is to make money and once you have enough money, do what ever you are interested in) so balance cheyali for sure. i would suggest give 50/50 weightage to both, nothing less nothing more., esp for the candidate above 7-8 yrs. > freshers ante i would give 90% wight to 1 item. | ||
