TTD funds = hundi (cash+ornaments+online donations) + darshan tickets + seva tickets + accommodation tickets + misc

1) As per endowment, what percentage of TTD funds can be controlled by the government? ( Is it 100% or less)

2) Out of the TTD funds being managed by govt, how much percent is spent on ONLY Hindus?

3) TIME : Officially (as per law) how much percent of "Swamy vaari samayam" can be spent for VIPs?
Is it less than 2 hours per day? ( out of 365x24 hours in an year, this comes to max 700 hours)

4) Infrastructure at Tirumala, Tirupathi - Is it borne by the govt alone?
Or does TTD share the expenses for infra ? If so, what percentage
