He is not a Telugu speaking person. He is no way connected to Telugu land. This North Indian used to live peacefully abroad. He owned some businesses and was very well off in his place. But some Telugu people living around him managed to lure him giving some fake projections about film distribution. They made him an overseas distributor and stood as middle men between him and the producers. The middle men used to bargain for the rights with producers and strike the deals at lowest prices possible, but finally used to convince the overseas distributor for highest possible price to eat away the fat chunk of the whole sum. The process continued for years and the distributor hardly saw any profits in the entire business. Adding to that, he never smelled or understood the mischief of his men. Meanwhile, the middle men also lured him to gain popularity in Telugu film industry by becoming a producer. The pity is that he was made to invest a sum of Rs 10 Cr to make a dud with a popular actor in the year 2015. Much to the shock, he also went into the trap of others while producing that film and started producing a bigger budget film worth Rs 25 Cr with his son as lead. The director and the other key crew members milked him hard and settled with a life time income. The director whose name is not even known to the public has bagged more than Rs 2 Cr for this yet to be released film, say insiders. Finally, the release of the film is undergoing financial pains. Bank Cheques are being bounced and some cases were also booked on this distributor turned producer. Due to his unwanted lure he lost everything including his businesses in his place abroad. We hear many casting couch stories from actresses but this is the pitiful trap which made a well off person a pauper now. Sources who observed his downfall say that he wrongly assumed crooked persons as his well wishers and true well wishers as crooked.
