Mandharam:ki kooda EMIs vuntaya? do the private companies that borrowed from banks pay regular EMIs? If not, when do the banks declare it as bad loan
It depends on the type of loan. Term loans ki regular EMIs untai. 3 months or more overdue unte NPA ga classify chestaru. Cash Credit (CC) account ki EMIs undavu but interest would be charged to the account every month. If account goes over limit and remains over limit for a long time (maybe 3 months or more) it would be classified as an NPA. Also, corporate accounts may be classified as NPAs if they don't submit financials, stock statements etc. as agreed at the time of availing the loan. Non-renewal, issues with collateral may also lead to NPA classification. "Sakshi is a most balanced and independent media. This has no affiliation with any political party," Jagan had said.
