thats when my god douglas cluff in irving, told me about plant based diet and asked me try this diet without meds.

i never seen any doctor who gave that advice ever in india or US. i followed it 3 months. since it is americanised food it didnt suit to follow for long times.

i was prediabetic before that.it was 5.1-5.2 in 2009 early days it went up 1 point year by year hit 6.0+ by 2016

redflower post..normal range is 0.8 to 1.4 creatinine production depends on lot of factors. u take more protien, flex more muscles, u will have creatitnine..nee medical knowledge ki vrk ne better..please carry on

may be 150's loki weight velthey enka all set for me. i will transition to plant based diet next.

occasional ga once or twice i will eat restraunt food but rest of the days i will go with plant based diet from july.

VRK diet chesinappudu,I used to take 60gms of cocnut oil.

Morning Breakfast:
Avocados and 1 or 2 eggs,walnuts,almonds

Lunch:
Mostly skip since not hungry

Dinner:
Chciken or Mutton or Paneer and vegetables.

Use only coconut oil or ghee,4 lemons and 1 multivitamin tablet.

After VRK:
Morning:
Bullet proof coffee with 10gms of cocnut oil or butter

Lunch:
Millets with high amount of curry with 2 spoons of ghee.Also use sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds.

Dinner:
2 chapathis,curd rice, desert and fruits.

Also I am busy with ofc work these days and no walking or any physical activity.
Weekends will play shuttle sometimes.

no specific diet.

eat controlled quantity, avoid junk, add fruits and vegetables. if eating white rice, put less rice more curry, or use brown rice same..or use cracked wheat, same..drink 2 glasses of water before lunch and dinner..break fast eat desi, 3 idly with chutney, 1 cup cofee..night 2-3 chapatis..madhyalo emanna proetin shakes

Has done my regular Annual check up and here are my numbers.
I did VRK diet for 3 weeks during Jan-Feb.
After that we are using only coconut oil or ghee in cooking.I am having bullet proof coffee daily.Using 2 spoons of ghee daily and reduced carb intake.
Eating sweets daily in limited quantity [One rasgulla or some jaggery sweet mostly night times]

Creatinine 0.98 mg/dL <=1.34 mg/dL
Hgb A1c % 4.9 % <=5.6 %
Cholesterol 149 mg/dL <=239 mg/dL
Triglyceride 92 mg/dL <=499 mg/dL
HDL 37 mg/dL >=40 mg/dL
LDL . 94 mg/dL <=159 mg/dL
TSH 2.43 uIU/mL 0.40 - 4.20 uIU/mL


Creatine reduced from 1.07 to 0.98
My A1c reduced from 5.2 to 4.9
Triglecerides decreased from 112 and LDL also decreased by 2 points.
HDL increased from 30 to 37.Whatever I try to improve my HDL from past years succeeded only this time with VRK diet.
Weight reduced from 77kgs to 69 kgs.

In short VRK diet worked for me very effectively.
