My neighbor recently (3 months) had the same issue...anni documents pampinchaka malli same question we sat together and prepare some info for the lawyers Undergrad and grad lo chadivina courses konni select chesukoni how it maps to your current duties detailed course contents and matchin duties ki pettamu his application was approved immediately...spend some time and make sure it's detailed. H1 ext ki RFE vachindhi. Speciality occupation, Minimum education required for the job etc aduguthunnadu. Ma lawyer response choosthe na H1 application lo job duties ni malli mention chesi, this requires minimum bachelors in CS and 6+ years experience ani pettadu. I have the required qualifications ani end chesadu. He is confidant that the response will suffice. Recent ga ma team okkadiki lo same RFE ki reject vachindi. So I am just worried. That response looks decent but also very generic. Do you guys can suggest any other details that I can add ? |
