If they claim as service dog,you can not refuse to rent Or can not charge additional deposits or rent Service dog is not treated as Pet Just find any other 'legit ' reason to refuse or may be layout additional terms for damages/replacements | ||

then i would suggest you ask for a refundable pet deposit of $200 per dog and a pet rent of 25 per dog. if the tenant end up to be a good long term tenant you will be making 600 per year more. or the tenant may decide not to pay 50 more per month. either way you will be in good shape. | ||

there is no one line answer for this question. do you know for sure if it is infact a service dog and not a emotional support dog?
