put in as much certifications as possible.. for Non CSE guys, please join some course and obtain certificates to be able to answer if you get an RFE...it should have all the subjects taken like a transcript and you should be able to relate it to your job... | ||

How many years of experience you have. For non CS background, 3 years of experience is counted as 1 year of CS degree. If you have 12 years or more you are good. veni.. vidi.. vici.. | ||

next year h1b file cheyyali.FT....non cs degree but have few cs courses and cs related thesis topic...9 yrs experieces..have few certifications... a close freind similar profile got rejected..but he was consulting eith desi employer.. what can i do to improve chnaces for my case next year...shld i do a masters in cs now ?
