Good Speech ! But how does the message get to the people on the ground - it’s a propaganda war .., why doesn’t the indian army translate the UN document if the opponents won’t ? The comments were more of the eye openers ... from Kashmiris ( or claiming to be) on both sides of the AK idea BTW -Courts are working does not mean these cases are being resolved - he should have talked about how many have been addressed ... and compared to the pok side - that would have been more convincing..publicising gdp, jobs, schools, health facilities on the two sides of the conflicted areas may help ...
