I would suggest to do 20hr fasting.Have the dinner before 8PM and again start eating during lunch time. There is one trick.You can have bullet proof coffee/tea in the morning which will not make you hungry .At the same time your metabolism will be fat metabolism . |

Intermitting Fasting is very good there is no limit to Intermittent Fasting you can do any number of days. you can eat anything u want in the eating window and go on liquids/greentea/lemon tea rest of the time. currently doing 17hrs fasting:7 hrs eating window morning on empty stomach 2 glass with few lemons squeezed with green tea at 11 AM eat nuts/breakfast/lunch and rest of the day on water. evening as soon as u go home , eat nuts/curries and wrap it up by 5.30-6pm after 6pm only liquids again. before going bed again lemon water with Apple cyder vinegar(1spoon) plus greentea complete 4 lts of water, 3lemons. if still hungry add soup with 5-10ml of coconut oil in it after 6pm you will not feel hungry
