ee 17hrs fasting lu endhi..parachute oil dabba tagatam endhi..time ki koncham thini evening or morning oka 1 hour work out chesthe body ki entha relief ga untadhi..

Intermittent Fasting Funda

Eat lunch at 1, again Dinner at 8 in between just water
between 8 pm on previous day and 1 PM on next day
you have 16 hrs

Fat starts buring between 12-16 hrs time period

Fasting.. carbs avoid cheyyadam for long time is most lazy things life..

Running cheyyandi.. play games.. tennis, badminton, play cricket. swim..

inni undanga.. weight loss lo kuda lazy endi babais..

life style changes is best way to slim down.. eat healthy. calculate calories..

anthe kani 3000 calories non veg thini carbs avoid chesta ante.. enti?

I would suggest to do 20hr fasting.Have the dinner before 8PM and again start eating during lunch time.
There is one trick.You can have bullet proof coffee/tea in the morning which will not make you hungry .At the same time your metabolism will be fat metabolism .

Intermitting Fasting is very good there is no limit to Intermittent Fasting you can do any number of days. you can eat anything u want in the eating window and go on liquids/greentea/lemon tea rest of the time. currently doing 17hrs fasting:7 hrs eating window

morning on empty stomach 2 glass with few lemons squeezed with green tea

at 11 AM eat nuts/breakfast/lunch and rest of the day on water.

evening as soon as u go home , eat nuts/curries and wrap it up by 5.30-6pm
after 6pm only liquids again.

before going bed again lemon water with Apple cyder vinegar(1spoon) plus greentea

complete 4 lts of water, 3lemons.

if still hungry add soup with 5-10ml of coconut oil in it after 6pm you will not feel hungry
