You are right....I did a project on this..... This is the outcome.... Nox so2 and other emissions...as infra develops will be distributed more evenly due to less congestion....so vehicles emit less..... This is the trend in Europe, US , Canada, even China....japan etc... But in India the trend is reversed....as infra developed providing more roads the emissions increased.... missiles love.
