Out of 990 candidates who successfully cleared Civil Services Examination (CSE) conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), more than 80 candidates received guidance from Rachakonda Police Commissioner, Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat. His guidance helped them crack one of the toughest examinations. He used to provide guidance through two WhatsApp groups During aspirants’ preparation for the personality test, he used to prepare questions based on their profiles and current affairs. It may be mentioned that despite a busy schedule, he used to take out three to four hour to help student clear the exam. It may be noted that US Department of State had awarded Mr. Bhagwat for his fight against human trafficking. |
