nenu oka 7 tagganu in just 6 days and stopped it as I reached target.. nenu coconut oil 4 tbsp., omlette, just curry or fry in afternoon, evening nuts and salad, night just liquid soup by 7 pm.. 1.5 months ayyindi still same weight, whats helping is no junk, and eating limited food, night matram by 7 tinesthaa or some times skip e chestunna. rice malli craving start ayyindi, tagginchi quinoa cheyyali start |

no coconut oil enka start cheyyaledu. plenty of nuts-pistas,badam as snacks 1 amlet as breakfast veg curry/non veg curry as lunch snacking on nuts 6 lemons daily 6 green tea 3-4 lts water using ghee in curries no coconut oil have to restart coconut oil. |
