H1b ki oka process undi like skilled workers in specialty occupation and that are not available in local market ani...where as h4 ead ki avanni levu, they can replace any worker...andukani daani meedha paddaaru...h1 is more scrutinized by govt and not h4 kaabatti daanni peekeyyamantunnaaru
