just ask your employer if he doesn't provide then file foia. It will take 2-3 months. They will send you your i140 approved application. you can use it apply h4 ead. Thats what i did when i apply h4ead for first time. google for foia process all you need to fill that form and provide as much as info and send it to uscis. | ||
