Gochi:

Each company has their own 140...

in this case I doubt it...Company A got acquired by company B, company B only amends company A's approved I-140 since it's not a different petition and the job role has not changed.

naa case lo acquisition ayyaka, just I-140 amendment file chesaru 2 months lo approve ayyindhi..

I would definitely ask attorneys to get peace of mind

Any chances of missing I140 priority date under fraudulent case?

Each company has their own 140...only date is ported...so I dont think there will be any issue as the current 140 is completely with a different company....old 140 revoke chesina I dont think they will track which date got ported to what and then revoke second 140 as well with another company...

Here is the scenario
Company 1 Owner 1
Owner 1 sold company to owner 2
I 140 approved by company 1 under owner 2
I 140 ported to Company 2

Company 1 Owner 1 meda visa fraud case and proved guilty.

Any chances of missing I140 priority date under fraudulent case?
or
It wont fall under this category as it is approved under owner2 and successfully ported to company 2?
