1 more thing i noticed positive is i used to check stress in Samsung Health it used to show more towards orange zone now it is showing very less stress in thick green and resting heart rate showing in 55-59 bpm, hopefully bp should have improved too under 120/70 will get more results in may on lipid and a1c |

I saw my weight after 2 weeks back 173.5 dagra undi eroju morning chusthey 171.5 dagra undi. weightloss almsost stop aeindi. cocunut oil tagapothey weight loss aagipodda?only 20 pounds eight loss so far. rojuki 6 lemons minimum green tea lo squeeze chesi taguthunna and 3 lts water aeithey avg ga taguthunna, snacking on pistachios when hungry. eating only veggie curries as lunch and dinner and omlette in breakfast. like i said madya lo 4-5 pulla reddy sweets tinnanu. malla cocunut oil start chesta monday nunchi esarri only 1 month that will complete 3 months of this frogram. going back to basics of non veg curries and coconut oil, esarri 160 below ki trying.
