My priority date is in 2011 on eb3. But I ported to eb2 in 2014. Can I still move to eb3 and file if eb3 moves faster ? | ||

There is no porting dear.. its a diff filing. if there is an existing EB class petition, but you want to file another EB class petition, both are valid to live in parallel (its like having TWO future job offers, you can choose anyone). Having said that, lets say all EB3 folks filed for EB2 also, both are living. Once EB2 date is current and got approved, one from EB3 wait list and one from EB2 wait list counts down :-) because both the petitions are under the SAME 485 approval ) | ||
