hearing positive results everywhere from relatives, its a revolution in food habits in guntur/vijjiawada/godavari districts side all elderly people who have been eating white rice for 4-5 decades they quit rice and eating curries and results have improved a lot its like U turn in lipid panel.

for me iam fine leaving fruits,milk, yoghurt,rice,sambhar, rasam what ever but sweets atleast once in 1 month tinakapothey kastam ga undi.

iam going to weight before engineering days and glow has increased on face,mila mila merisipothundi snaps lo

because all the acne will be gone in vrk diet.

weekend DC trip chesi night 11.30 aeindi return aeisariki, solid sleep 6hrs full fresh to work.

my snoring has come down 70% because of vrk diet. stomach flat aeindi, still I coudnt resist and ate few pullareddy sweets over weekend. so starting VRK day 1 again from today eating coconut oil and do all 4 pillars like day 1 again with 30gms coconut oil from today. this time only 1 month.
