Makers of Rangasthalam have been launching the audio songs one after the other on YouTube and other audio/video sharing channels. First song Entha Sakkagunnave became an instant hit and the second single Ranga Ranga Rangasthalana also is picking up the charts. Now the third song that goes ‘Rangamma Mangamma Em Pilladu’ is out. A girl complaining about her unresponsive boyfriend is the theme and the lyricist chose some raw expressions to put her frustration into words. The tune and composition are elementary and sound like a private album song. Devi Sri Prasad’s mark is totally missing as it sounds like an amateur musician’s work. Wonder how this song made it to the film as Sukumar is known for having excellent sense of music. Is this deliberately done to give us that eighties feel? Whatever the reason be, the song is an outright dud that may not receive good response from music enthusiasts. It is a situational song and may appeal better with the visuals of Ram Charan and Samantha.
