If BTC is not in rut we woukd have testnet bull run till .10 for sure. It went till .055 then btc dipped. Now a days with out btc in green its not possible for any alt to be green as alts are tied up to btc. Alts will behave on there own when alts gets traded vs fiat instead of trading vs btc satoshis.
