1. Spouse ki oka 5K and every dependent thereafter 3500 bank balance chupinchali. The univ will give i20 for the dependents. Husband income chupinchadame better and properties on her name 2. I think it comes under denial. Wait for others inputs. Kinda details lo date of denial and class of visa applied mention cheyyalanukunta "Every twist, every turn, can challenge our sense of direction. But it's the choices we make when we reach a fork in the road that define who we are." - Dexter |

Thammuds and sisters please help 1. relative applying for F2, and hubby on F1 and currently working on OPT. question is can she show hubby's income for support or should she show here own (fathers) bank balance assets etc. which is better? 2.Her F2 was previously denied 214b . Now she is applying again, should she mention this as Yes for an application question "Have you ever been refused a U S Visa, been refused admission to the U S, or withdrawn your application for admission at the point of entry ?" There is no rejection stamp in her passport and she is not sure where 214b is considered a proper denial/rejection |
