Here is the notes i noted down which i follow after VRK diet is over after 4 months. Vrk sir tell folks to add a smoothie of 7 cups of green vegetables, chromium, Nutritonal teast -b vitamins, Apple cycder vinegar |

To lower Sugar levels naturally: 1) drink 1 teaspoon of Apple cyder vinegar in 1 glass of water in morning and before going bed 2) Add B-Vitamins(Nutritional Yeast) in food 3) Add 7 cups of green vegies- make a smoothie of green peppers, berries, raw beetroot, kale, spinach,bananas, ice water and have it as lunch. 4) 3 lemons per day, 3 lts of water mix it green tea it will go in easily. 5) 3-6 oz protien per day pork is good. 6)8 hrs sleep prr day minimum 7) 30 mins of yoga per day which will remove stress reason for sugar levels 8)no eating of snacks have nuts-pistaschios/almonds/sprouts if hungry keep them in water overnight and eat as breakfast along with pork or chicken fillets. 9)add chromium in the diet which keeps sugar levels in check. 10) high/medium intensity training in short busts of 5mins like jogging or brisk walking. 11)intermittent fasting do not eat anything for 18hrs for 2-3 days in a week 12) reduce from 3 meals to 2 meals per day. Add a smoothie as 3rd mesl. 13) reduce dairy products minimum dairy products 14) use sea salt and 1/4 tea sppon electrolyte powder per day to keep sodium potassium levels stable |
