Only option is upgrade to premium...there is no reset for you..he is talking abt reset of clock for uscis..for example if its a premium process uscis is deemed to decide in 2 weeks..now if they raise rfe at the wnd of first week, then again they get 2 weeks to decide... | ||

Looks like one has to leave the country if the H1B extension petition is pending and if the I-94 expiration date exceeds 240 days. Has anyone seen this situation?
