If the min amount is under $20k,I would invest and forget. Going by the GOF2 and GOF3,the ROI is yet to be realized and performance is not yet assessed 60% of GOF3 funds are still not yet invested If you can afford to lock $40k for long term with min returns,you can go ahead.But read the offer document regarding fee,terms of offer,exit/transfer/selling period For me the only good thing about Equityzen platform is flexibility to invest in small amounts
