guys oka question undi. Naa deggara India lo oka ammayi 3 years work chesedi. Ippudu pelli ayyi US ki H4 meeda move ayyindi. She is a good and efficient employee. Naa US employees andaru US citizens ee. Ippati varaku H1/L1 cheyya ledu. Chesina kooda I don't want to do it for an employee who moved from India to US for personal reasons. It may affect the morale of people currently working in India. Naa patha company lo chala mandi India lo better employees hurt ayyi vadilesaru.
