very good info, thank you..  yes for kid, milk ivvadam stop chesthunnam and he has yeast infection,bacterial over growth kuda undi since we are stopping milk calcium deficiency undakunda perugu thintunnadu, doctor suggested to give kefir. we haven't done his mineral analysis yet..but as you suggested we will go with smaller quantities what is your take on pre vs probiotics? | ||

Yes, i make it. Culture use chesedi yogurt ki. Kefir ki grains use cheyyaali. Fusionteas.com best grains dorukutay. Use cheyyanappudu, milk lo soak chesi freezer lo pettatame.
