Azure is cost effective but not as commercial as AWS. We had hybrid setup with load routes to the cheapest possible service in our app. We had an application orchestration which picks the lowest possible cloud dynamically on the fly(of course some of the business services are sticky to the AWS but many others are dynamic. | ||

There is enough of the pie for everyone. But AWS still enjoys a lion's share of the market. Azure's growing faster though (because their starting point is small, growth is large). Go with AWS.
