also there'll be issues with "3 year" tenure...the typical tenure used to be 3 years - now the typical tenure is going to be the duration of the project listed in the contract..so 6 months / 1 year whatever basically they're doing everything to make h1's impossible / unsustainable | ||

well, we saw a denial 2 weeks ago on h1 - no rfe..reason - client letter doesn't include vendor name..at that time we were dumbfounded but with the release of the memo it's clear they were using this even before the memo was officially introduced in house dev projects are fine kada..vatiki impact em ledu memo tho contract end avvadam enti? i didn't get your kochen....lets say you are a contractor working at google through a vendor and your contract is ending soon or already ended..you got another contract with facebook through a vendor - typical EVC model....you will need to file an amendment, get a receipt and then start at facebook - right? now when you file an amendment, you will not have a client letter (because you are not at the client place yet)..the max you will have is a vendor letter that establishes a connection between the vendor and the employer..EVC lo EV matrame cover ayyai....if the vendor is willing to share the contract between him and the client - you may be safe to an extent..but most vendors don't share contracts between them and clients....so it is nearly impossible to prove the full itinerary there will be many many rejections because of this memo.....there used to be some "discretion" with the uscis guys prior to this memo - this memo took out the discretion and made it black and white | ||
