Telangana lo draguth and raithula atma hatyalu bagane unnayi ysr time lo kooda , but as trs not living up to expectations there was equally or more anty on trs as well This was leading people to think in favour of tdp ,looking at corruption on Cong , weakening of trs Same time costal lo kooda especially Vizag,East,West,krishna there was a considerable improvement noticed for tdp during local bodies elections itself within short time after ysr came to power These all would have fetched tdp if prp not in race Guntur lo ysr managed well by removing tdp voters in local bodies and also reorg helped Cong in 2009 Remember tdp did quite well during 2009 election in Nellore despite its a reddy strong hold So atleast for costal districts , Anantapuram tdp is in good contest with Cong during 2009 YSR managed well in Srikakulam,vizayanagaram with dharmana,botsa and in kadapa , Kurnool If there was not a prp, trs factor tdp would have easily outperformed Cong in Telangana Added to that if there was no prp factor , cbn had no need of trs in Telangana So every thing was looking good for tdp in 2009 until YCP | ||

In 2009 cong in Telangana won majority of its seats where trs contested , even kcr,ktr won with tiny majority .
