Yes, no medication once I started the diet. Also visited doctor (regular checkup) and explained to him what I am doing and he is ok with that. My blood pressure also normal, previously it used to be little high. Waiting on report to check other levels. Expecting good results, as I am walking every day for 2-3 hours from past 3 months and also continuing during diet. | ||

My friend here in US has diabetes, from last one month he following Veeramachineni's diet. He stop using medication and his numbers are in normal. | ||

Hello Bro, he can start without any issues, if he doesn’t have any kidney related issues. Or he is just taking tablets for diabetes ( naa situation). Naadhi 22 days ayyindhi, I check almost everyday morning and evening.. high was 117 and lowest was 78. He need to eat atleast a small cup of veggie curry everyday to keep diabetes in check | ||
