orini...deenikenaa...there are parents whose kids have so many gut problems, allergens...
We want to rule that out for our kid too. couple of years ago we screened her for all kind of sensitivities and it came out she isn't sensitive to anything. We are going through another round of blood tests.

week ki 3 times at least almond milk+GFCFSF cereals. Daily school lunch is a smoothie with almond milk. morning 7.30 ki thintey malli evening 4.15 ki thintundhi...i guess that's really taking the toll.

idhi varaku thinedhi avocado. Analog in DB suggested banana+avocado. She used to take it, but now she's not. Sometimes we are mixing guacamole in her meal.

I'm not worried about Carbs. Quinoa tho soft ga undey food kastam anukunta. To make it appealing for her. She rejects lot of food.

Ghee also is not 100% Casein free per my knowledge. Depends on how many parts per million of casein is there. Some brands might have very less casein that's ok to use. nevertheless, we tried Pure Indian Foods Ghee

Yes, daily pappu isthaamu, nuts antey she doesn't chew food properly. Working on it. Peanut chutney lo all pulses grind chesi vesthaamu. Idly with less rice proportion, gaarelu etc Anni peduthunnamu. School lo she doesn't eat at all. One meal completely gone. So want to give her alternatives at least for lunch.
Omlette every other day with two eggs etc. Basic ga high fat and protein pettaali.

I know, I don't like to give OTC protein either, but she is on gluten free, soy free, casein free diet. so milk products can't. lekapothey could give her cheese, whole milk, yogurt aboooo...
still plant butter, almond milk isthunnaamu...not enough for her. she needs to put on serious weight. andhukani thappatledhu.
