This is also temporary hostels. Closer to University. The earlier hostels were not sufficient so - they took a new apartment building in Shivaji Nagar behind AU and on the way to MVP. Hopefully this is a complete complex and will house all the students in one single high rise. Akkada campus ee ledhu ante - apartments converted to temporary Hostels ani link choopisthe - we cannot discuss. IIM is a 24X7 campus - you cannot run an IIM with students and faculty living away from the campus! and more importantly, Why has land acquisition has happened so far for the IIM campus in vizag? MBA classes ante - it is not just the faculty. Look at IIM B or IIM C or any other campus - They are as big as the entire AU campus minus the Engineering and Architecture colleges (West campus). There is a whole eco system that makes up an IIM. The 24X7 campus, libraries etc is a world in itself. Housing it in AU commerce dept - in the Andhra bank training center is an insult to the institution of IIM. AU MBA is now offered in the many many University affiliated colleges and is not being offered on main campus (only specialised courses are being offered). So in what way is this an IIM? Now - why did the Government NOT start , forget construction, land acquisition, for the IIM campus even in 4 years. For Hyderabad Airport, land acquisition started in 2003/2004 and the Airport was ready by 2008. | ||

IIM Vizag is still working from AU campus....So far land has been TENTATIVELY identified....but the LAND ACQUISITION process has not even started! nuvvu icchina photos lone undhi clear gaaa - that IIM is now in AU campus which is a temporary campus! If you want a sensible answer.....The re-Org Bill should have been introduced in the parliament in 2013 itself instead of in Feb 2014. But at that time - the regional parties of AP - oppossed the bill saying -sama Nyayam jaragaledhu. So Antony committee was set up to look into this issue - further delay. And to make matters worse, both TDP and YCP boycotted all meetings and hence this bill without any inputs from TDP and YCP was introduced in it's original form in the Parliement at the last minute. A feasibility study is conducted before setting up a PSU. And it is more of a political decision which over rides the report in certain cases. In some instances the direct go ahead was given because the feasibility study was already conducted for those. Why did the current Govt. not conduct this feasibility study in the last 4 years. Not one single project has been grounded. Land acquisition has not started for the IIM Vizag so far. As Telugu people we should be asking these questions rather than giving lame excuses in trying to defend the present Central Govt. | ||

The revenue shortfall was the first thing that was calcuated after the new states were formed. Each state had given thier budget and AP claimed a shortfall of approx. Rs.16,500 Crs. Section 45, Clause 1 and Clause 2 clearly state the procedure and based on the procedure the above process was followed. 45.
