What are u really saying this ??? Education is also an industry..... For example there used to be a town of 50k in Germany it’s mostly retirement place for old people no economy and movement.....in 2009 they established a hochschule which is less than real university but almost a university..... No there are 8000 students in university... Once old age and stragnent economy has thrived 1) housing prices increases 2) there’s movement in consumer goods 3)the transport sector increased frequency of buses 4) there’s activity in city due to young people’s movement... So direct employment for 100s Indirect employment for 1000s and economic value added to the city. The service sector economy Imagine same with vizag center promised Iim, tribal etc 3-4 universities vaste 3* 10k atleast 30-40k people will be added to the pool who are active consumers.... Economy will grow in range of atleast 3-5% ......
