millenium tower under construction photo below. you can see that state govt. constructing with it's own money after modi did not approve ITEZ incentives for this vizag region. CBN took decision to construct it with own money as none came forward to construct signature tower in PPP mode in vizag. vizag people should immensely appreciate CBN and throw that modi into dust bin. https://i.imgur.com/3RUERQp.jpg | ||
