Superman that can write a billion lines of code in millions of files in less than a nano-second without referencing so much as curly-brace from google or stackoverflow will be paid $$$ at Start-ups and Tech Giants. Not worth the stress. On the flip-side, established lower-grade companies have no time for grooming and mentoring anybody in the team.
