do u mind actualky users looking at your formula and imementation? if u dont .... just write a blog and give source code in one language. and tag properly. ppl will get to your blog page and use it however they like. if tou dont want ppl to know a tual logic, start with one language java or .net, vuild a jar file or dll file and i structions on how to use it. dont forget to choose a opennsource license. choose one, include it in your code and blog.
