I filed my h1 extension in November which was ending in feb, made it to premium in December and traveled to mexico for a week. it got approved while I was in mexico. traveled back to usa on my old h1. I went to local uscis office and airport to have my i94 updated, they said no need as there is no problem. I felt after going through this process i94 and h1 are independent and we should not link travel to h1 extension processing. it is some kind of false rumour in desis. | ||
