I couldnot find any relevant links but as part of medicaid expansion, there are more flexibilities added. particularly in case of women and kids. some benefits are extended beyond income limits. If somebody is making more than 4 times BPL limit, the rules doesn’t not apply even though you received assistance. That is 56k.
