UK, US also give foreign aid to india ..

This is mainly to maintian ur foreign policy position, trade position, to counter check other countries etc.. etc..

We cant link them to local problems.. adhi adhe,, idhi idhe

Bhutan is literally Part of India.India handles Bhutan Defense and foreign policy.If India has not maintained close relations with Bhutan it would have forcefully merged or taken over by China long time back

India has given aid mostly for construction of Hydroelectric projects/dams and mostly India and Indian companies constructed them and almost all the electricity is used by India

Most times aid is given to boost mutual relations and where India has strategic or economic Interests
