I cooked in instapot.... Think this is utensil everyone must have in house..... Marinated half kilogram of boneless chicken ( chicken + yogurt + shadi masala + onions + oil + turmeric + coriander powder + Garamond masala + ginger-garlic paste and salt ) for one hour. Then in istapot sauté mode heated oil for 4 min added cumin seeds , jeera and tomato pure , poured a little bit water , boiled it for 5 min. Then added marinated chicken to this simmering soup and emptied a 50 gram packet of 8 krauts ( this is German version of spices), and also added a cube of Maggie . Turn on the soup mode for 18 minutes....in 30 minutes your tasty chicken soup will be ready. idi moderator cheta cheripiveyabadindi... |
