its not THAT simple dear. Every citizen updates needs to be published different domestic and international agencies(fraud passport usage etc around). So, it needs more than just stamping. On the other hand, the embassies are service based and mostly tries to self dependent on the revenues, so, there will be fees for every service(more or less) on their services to self sustain. | ||
