If Centre feels State Govt is hyping the required figures or making unrealistic demands, this was a perfect opportunity to show them their place. Jaitley cud have easily replied we are keeping our word and allocating all funds perfectly but AP Govt is demanding improbable figures. But no, he did not becoz he lacks conviction. | ||

"It is true AP has to get justice in form of funds....We recognize this....We have allocated some funds....It is a continuous process...We are in the process of identifying gaps in the perception of budget....Respective Ministries are putting in efforts to fulfill the remaining at the earliest." Ee small para is more or less the response to everyone's anxiety. There has been no explanation for the delay, no specifics into what shall now be released in the interim, no justification on the current budget allocation and more importantly no timeline as to when the commitments shall be fulfilled.
