Approval on current petition - your prev h1/i-94 validity is a moot point here 2. Denial on current petition before July 2018 AND your prev H1 hasn't yet been revoked by USCIS - you are in valid status (without work authorization) so you need to file for another H1 immediately 3. Denial on current petition before July 2018 AND your prev H1 has been revoked by USCIS - you are out of status from the date your prev H1 is revoked..so you need to file for another H1 immediately and when it is approved, go to india get it stamped and come back 4. Denial on current petition after july 2018 - you are out of status..need to file another H1 and when it is approved, go to india get it stamped and come back I am not understanding the difference between 3 & 4 | ||

1) Withdrawal petition costs the same as new/fresh H1 or H1 Transfer Case. Nobody does that, just for the sake of it, or for fun. 2) Withdrawal takes same time-lines, and follows exact same rules as the other processes. 3) Withdrawals frikkin won't have RFEs and Denials, there's no point even. 4) You may start working and take salary from employer immediately after H1-Transfer Case is filed, and pending status, and not yet approved. Withdrawal cases, you may continue to work with employer until withdrawal-case is approved. In all, if some employer deliberately goes for Withdrawal, then Premium Processing alone makes it fast-track, otherwise, it'll take it's sweet time for Approval. "Chill Bro.
