I am not sure about CHAD and I am thinking it will be a better country that way! What all I know is Indians in Africa are mostly in countries like Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa etc and the crime rate is high in most African countries! CHAD I think is a Central African country and crime rate may be less than I guess some Nigeria but not very safe with Family! Alone he can give it a try especially as the company is France based and they may give security to their staff! | ||

Now the contract in muscat is getting over he has to decide on this offer or return to india.
