all I say is not being yourself for 12 weeks is getting you results (what ever diet you follow) so you come back you loose -- undestand the key point there is problem with your life style change it |

anna. Carb should not be avoided. that is the main source of energy. You would have a drastic effect. if you do not take carbs eextended period of time you would start feeling confused. your activity changes. carbs should 50% of your diet. but only hard carbs.. |

Brother nenu anukovatam let us say someone is OBESE...he should follow one of these diet plans for a quick reduction in weight and than to really maintain have to cut carbs by at least 75% and do some serious work out at least 30-45 min a day! This way they can make sure they are not back to original weight at least for 5-7 years! But, main problem is after going through diet regime they again start eating normally and do not do work out! Especially manalo chala mandi work out ki chala dhooram gaa undatam main problem! |

I am 6-1 and 185/190 for almost three years, want to be 165/170 tried several times lost 10/15 pounds and gained back followed VRK for 4 weeks end result is same lost 15 i was at 172 on Dec 15th now back to normal 182 change should not happen for 4 or 12 weeks it should be part of your life |
