It all depends on what you aspire to be. we were at a higher level and on par with other south states before state division..now we are at the bottom among south states.. that is the concern of AP people... if u ask them to compare against Orissa/UP/Bihar and do festival...then yes we are happy... and we can ask Orissa/UP to compare against Meghalaya/Somaliya..they can be happy too... comparitively Ap is not that poor antunna. our revenue was good for a state which lost it biggest cash cow hyderabad. even TG has 1.6 lakh revenue. oka 20-30K revenue takkuva anthe. we will get to it in few years

We're very disappointed with the budget. One of the major issues was special status. Nothing was said by FM for Andhra Pradesh. If you take states like Telangana, Tamil Nadu they have huge budget but Andhra has deficit budget.
