Sasibabu:day 6 nundee set ayipoyindhi idhi naaku.....asalu day 6 nundee aakale thaggipoyindhi ....one full mealin morning....anthe asalu aakali anna padham evening 7-8 dhaaka gurthu raalaa...week 2 i am only taking 2 meals....week 3 nundee 18 hours intermittent fasting ki planning
ji inthaku mundhu baaagaa thaggaaaaru but back to dine n wine ippudu koodaa thagguthaaaru 'neni' diet choosina utsaaaham lo .. but future lo u wont go back to beer kheer n deer ani where is the guarantee ? Nothing succeeds like success ! |

kantha rao adhe cheppedhi oil bhadhulu some times e whipping cream(not whipped cream) mix chesi boiled veggies lo neeku nachina ingredients kuda mix chesi on top of it oka alyer cheese vesi 10 mints oven lo pettu e smell thagudhi ....and neerasam vunte tea dication lo lemon mix chesi konchem warm ga taagesi legs ki coconut oil pattinchi kaasepu relax avvu kallu musukuni tired ness thagudhi ........naan e diets gatra cheyanu but tired ga vunte edhe chestha |

Chesevallu a thread lo chala post lunnai miss avtharani ekkadesthunna ....especially sasi bob ..babu sasi antha kastam padi coconut oil endhuku mingadam perugu meedha meegada or heavy whipping cream ani dorukudhi us la ithe adhi salad lo vesi tineyandi easy alage 3lemons water lone 3 endhuku oka 2lemons curry lo squze and eat naa .....easy recipes ante boil the veggies mix cream and chese and salt ,mirchi bake it in oven 10 mints Final ga naan chepochedetante mari heavy weight vunnollu cheyandi adhi work out chese time lekunte , normal meedha oka 10 or 20 lbs weight vunnollu less the amount of carb iin ur menu and hit the gym ......kudha-half-ezzzzz |
